Have an issue regarding my recent payment of $25 for an annual subscription upgrade. The payment was processed, I have not received the upgrade as expected. The only message I see is “Checking payment results”, and no additional tokens added

This exact issue happened again. I was charged for the upgrade, but the credits haven’t been deposited, and I’m still seeing "Checking payment results."
